When a friend hurts us, we should write it down in the sand

Two friends were walking through the desert. In a specific point of the journey, they had an argument, and one friend slapped the other one in the face.

The one, who got slapped, was hurt, but without anything to say, he wrote in the sand: “TODAY, MY BEST FRIEND SLAPPED ME IN THE FACE”.

They kept on walking, until they found an oasis, where they decided to take a bath. The one who got slapped and hurt started drowning, and the other friend saved him. When he recovered from the fright, he wrote on a stone: “TODAY MY BEST FRIEND SAVED MY LIFE”.

The friend who saved and slapped his best friend, asked him, “Why, after I hurt you, you wrote in the sand, and now you write on a stone?”

The other friend, smiling, replied: “When a friend hurts us, we should write it down in the sand, where the winds of forgiveness get in charge of erasing it away, and when something great happens, we should engrave it in the stone of the memory of the heart, where no wind can erase it”

Happiness comes when we stop complaining

‎”The reason so many people find it so hard to be happy is that they always see the past better than it was, the present worse than it is, and the future less resolved than it will be”
Happiness comes when we stop complaining about the troubles we have and offer thanks for all the troubles we don’t have. Every day take the time to find something that makes your heart laugh and your soul smile. We all face difficult times in our lives, but do not let your circumstances weigh you down, and keep a smile on your face, along with the most positive attitude possible. Life is a gift,be THANKFUL you have one!And Happiness is a choice…choose to be HAPPY,and you’ll be 🙂

Promise yourself

Promise yourself to be so strong that nothing can disturb your peace of mind. Look at the sunny side of everything and make your optimism come true. Think only of the best, work only for the best, and expect only the best. Forget the mistakes of the past and press on to the greater achievements of the future. Give so much time to the improvement of yourself that you have no time to criticize others. Live in the faith that the whole world is on your side so long as you are true to the best that is in you! ~Christian D. Larson

Power in Honesty

Staying True to Your Word
Your honest word is one of your most precious and powerful possessions.

Promises are easily made. Keeping them often proves more difficult because when we are pressured to strive always for perfection, we find it simpler to agree to undertake impossible tasks than to say no. Likewise, there is an infinite array of circumstances that conspire to goad us i…nto telling falsehoods, even when we hold a great reverence for truth. When you endeavor to consistently keep your word, however, you protect your reputation and promote yourself as someone who can be trusted to be unfailingly truthful. Though your honesty may not always endear you to others’ or there will always be those who fear the truth. You can nonetheless be certain that your integrity is never tarnished by the patina of deceit. Since frankness and sincerity form the basis of all life-enriching relationships, your word is one of your most precious and powerful possessions.

When we promise more than we can deliver, hide from the consequences of our actions through falsehoods, or deny our true selves to others, we hurt those who were counting on us by proving that their faith was wrongly given. We are also hurt by the lies we tell and the promises we break. Integrity is the foundation of civilization, allowing people to live, work, and play side by side without fear or apprehension. As you cultivate honesty within yourself, you will find that your honor and reliability put people at ease. Others will feel comfortable seeking out your friendship and collaborating with you on projects of great importance, certain that their positive expectations will be met. If you do catch yourself in a lie, ask yourself what you wanted to hide and why you felt you couldn’t be truthful. And if life’s surprises prevent you from keeping your word, simply admit your error apologetically and make amends quickly.

Since the path of truth frequently represents the more difficult journey, embarking upon it builds character. You can harness the power of your word when you do your best to live a life of honesty and understand what motivates dishonesty. In keeping your agreements and embodying sincerity, you prove that you are worthy of trust and perceive values as something to be incorporated into your daily existence.

I Choose” (a letter to self and Great Spirit)

I Choose” (a letter to self and Great Spirit)

I choose to break my self-imposed barriers of my humanness. I recognize that my time on this planet is precious and limited. Every day is a canvas on which I can create. Everyday is an opportunity for me to move in the direction of the dreams and the expanded vision I feel inside my heart. I let go my petty grievances, past mistakes. I let go my past hurts and wrong doings. I honor and embrace the lessons that are given in my life, and embrace them. I honor them for what they are, a gift. I will keep those teachings within my heart. I choose to move forward and embrace the experience life right here and right now.

I choose to express my spiritual honesty. I fully own the fact that my presence here in this body and on this earth is a celebration of it’s own uniqueness and importance. Creation makes no mistakes. I am a creation of life, of a higher power, of perfection. My reason for being here matters in the grand plan. I must be honest with my life and walk the path of my destiny with conviction, purpose, humbly with grace.

I choose to be the quiet warrior within. I understand that the warrior spirit that is already alive inside of me, that was already in place at the time of my birth, and waits patiently for my current belief about myself to join it in its knowing. I move forward towards a history of my own making, wisely, humbly, lovingly choosing the means by which I spread my beliefs and convictions. I choose to never make others wrong for their chosen paths or beliefs for I recognize the numerous roads that lead to the ONE.

I choose to a be one with Great Spirit. I choose to see others and myself from eyes that already view the wholeness and perfection within. I do not entertain our past damage or encourage us to identify with it for I trust that a grander plan has been given for us to better our lives, as well as being, the greater good of all. I choose to celebrate what is working rather than what isn’t. I have choose to let go of what is not working, and embrace what is. I honor that others choose for themselves and I honor their individual choice. I embrace that their choice may not be mine and we all choose that, that right for us.

I choose to use wise discernment. I choose to first go with my heart and Feel First and foremost. To feel when to speak and when to remain quiet. To Feel when to comfort and when to leave alone. To Feel when to intervene and when to avoid rescuing and interfering. I choose not to react, but to go within first and feel with the heart before taking any action. Then and only then, do I chose to take any action and only when spirit warrens it. I choose not to act out of ego or displacement and to act of Only the Heart after seeking within.

I choose people and projects of substance. I cannot travel this road alone. If there is anything we as a people need, it is each other. I actively choose to support those who work on themselves. I believe in with my time, talent and treasure. I joyously give to those whose intention and purpose is for self-awareness and spiritual enlightenment and that supports the awakening of humanity as a whole, to bring to its personal magnificence. I rally to make others aware of the light within us and will do what I can to support them in furthering their vision,as well as myself. I actively pray for all and wish well of others, as well as myself. All in the name of the greater good of all.

I choose to be free of comparison of self. I once and for all lay down my wearisome, stale beliefs of unworthiness and not being good enough. I let go of any all things, that can lead me to believe any different. I know that my past does not define who I am. I am forever evolving, growing and learning. I recognize that I am a marvel. I now choose opportunities to let my voice be heard; to let my light shatter the darkness of futility, so that every personal dream is explored. I pledge to not do this out of ego and to share only that, that the spirit wants to be heard. I choose to speak the things that The Great Spirit leads me to say without fear of judgement or self doubt. I choose to speak from the heart freely.

I choose to see the possibilities. To go within in and come out with the knowledge that things are not always as they seem. Just because something can’t be seen with the physical eye or rationalized by our current mode of understanding does not mean it doesn’t existence. Understanding the difference between reality and illusion, I move into a fuller acceptance of the non-physical – the spirit realm, the intuitive, embracing the soul spiritual aspect of living that expands my consciousness and deepens my days and my soul existence.

I choose actions that fulfill the greatest good for all. By becoming one of compassion, tolerance and unconditional love, I move into a fuller conviction of pure intent with regard to the words that I speak and the choices that I make.

I choose to honor those who have gone before me, the ancestral lineage whose courage, sacrifice and convictions still live in my blood and in my bones. I honor the privileges given to me today because of the blood sweat and tears of their efforts and the fortitude of their convictions , and what they gave to us all to be where we are today. I give thanks for my responsibility in creating the same for future generations. I give thanks for all of us on this earth creating their visions of a world for the greater good of all, that will fit in Great Spirits grander plan, for generations to come.

I choose a love that has no agenda. I choose to give love freely, I choose not to control, or to change. But to accept those just as the are. I chose not to abandon before I can be abandoned, or to tolerate because there are seemingly no other options, but to love them for who they are. I choose to go within and seek first, before acting and to let go when it is warranted, for then I will know it is for the greater good of all, Spirit will tell me so in my heart. I will harbor no ill feelings or no pain, but to trust in the grander plan. I choose to love as a way of being. I choose to be content in my heart whether others respond or not. I choose love Free of all expectations. I choose love Free of any conditions. I choose to Love freely as a way of being. To Love unconditionally always.

I choose the sacredness of laughter, knowing that the greatest healing force that exists reverberates from the vibration of this holy and irreplaceable gift. I choose to have humor, joy and eruptions of laughter to make their home in my heart. I choose to let my physical body respond to this sacred gift. I choose To find to joy and laughter within. I choose to see the world with wonderment and joy. To acknowledged all for its inner beauty. I choose to feel and be within every single joyous moment in life. I choose the joy that laughter creates and vow to keep this attribute alive and thriving all the days of my life.

I choose to be grateful. I choose first and foremost to Honor and give Thanks to The Great Spirit for All, that he has given us. To rise each day and give thanks for the day that we have been given. To give thanks to Mother Earth and all the she given to us. To thank them For all of the two leggeds , the four leggeds, and the winged ones. To thank them for the rivers and the streams and the oceans. The plants and the trees. The mountains and the desserts. For the air we breathe , for the water we drink and for the food that fills our bellies. Thank them for the stars and the Heavens the moon and the sun . To thank them For ALL that they have given to us All for this wonderful gift that is life. I thank you.

The children on this Earth were not just formed just for the sake of it

The children on this Earth were not just formed just for the sake of it…They have their place on this wonderful place we call Earth…
As adults, we sometimes feel frustrated with children with their actions and behaviors, but if we only took the time to look at them in stillness and become the observer.. only then are we to understand certain things about them and their behaviors..

Children can show us so many things about ourselves, that we cannot see without them..

Children enjoy being in the current moment… the like being in the present “now”

Children show us how important it is to Laugh…. as they see everything as funny….

Children cry, get sad, angry, rebellious to show us how easy it is to be able to express ourselves

Children show us important lessons when they sometimes don’t feel like doing things.. ie. when they refuse to pick up their toys, their persistence in things … this can sometimes show and adult that its about time we lay back and relax.. not to take things so seriously… to make us become more aware to find quality time to do the things we really enjoy doing..

Children can get naive, but this can show us not to care about what other people think.. that we should love ourselves no matter what people.. Think about it.. children do whatever the please; they do whatever makes them happy.. they never think a second of their actions

Children teach you that it is okay to be scared.. Fear is perfectly natural… To make you aware to embrace your fears and not hide them or bury them…

Children teach you to be yourself…. to stop trying to be someone else and live to your authentic true self… you can learn by them to remove your mask you have been hiding for years

Children can teach you that having fun and enjoying life is way more important than career… and all one may think is that they are brats and annoying..

Children are so so important yet so many people do not understand their role on this wonderful earth…

We were all Children once upton a time… and our inner child vanished when we took the role to become and adult.. it is never too late to turn to a child again and allow your true colors to glow ♥

I myself do not have any children, but every time I am around them I always observe their actions.. They can tell us so much yet we close that door and not let their knowledge come forth..

My dear friends realize that every little speckle of existence on this planet Earth has a purpose and a reason behind it… if we only learn to relax and start being more conscious in the now moment… only then are we to realize …

The Lessons of the Book of Life are vast and unending…

I hope this note was inspirational to you and hope you help spread the word how our children are some of our teachers on this amazing Planet

“Only when we start to be the observer we can realize why everything behaves the way it does.. Anything in this life is a small example to teach us”

The world around you is a reflection, a mirror showing you the person you are.

This is a great reflective poem , it goes ..”The good you find in others, is in you too. The faults you find in others, are your faults as well. After all, to recognize something you must know it.The possibilities you see in others, are possible for you as well. The beauty you see around you, is your beauty.

The world around you is a reflection, a mirror showing you the person you are. To change your world, you must change yourself. To blame and complain will only make matters worse. Whatever you care about, is your responsibility.

What you see in others, shows you yourself. See the best in others, and you will be your best.  Give to others, and you give to yourself. Appreciate beauty, and you will be beautiful. Admire creativity, and you will be creative. Love, and you will be loved. Seek to understand, and you will be understood.

Listen, and your voice will be heard. Teach, and you will learn. Show your best face to the mirror,  and you’ll be happy with the face looking back at you~

A Handful of Amazing words :o) xx

Wordle: Inspirational Words

How To Love Yourself

Stop All Criticism – Criticism never changes a thing. Refuse to criticize yourself. Accept yourself exactly as you are. Everybody changes. When you criticize yourself, your changes are negative. When you approve of yourself, your changes are positive.

Don’t Scare Yourself – Stop terrorizing yourself with your thoughts. It’s a dreadful way to live. Find a mental image that gives you pleasure (mine is yellow roses), and immediately switch your scary thought to a pleasure thought.

Be Gentle And Kind And Patient – Be gentle with yourself. Be kind to yourself. Be patient with yourself as you learn the new ways of thinking. Treat yourself as you would someone you really loved.

Be Kind To Your Mind – Self hatred is only hating your own thoughts. Don’t hate yourself for having the thoughts. Gently change your thoughts.

Praise Yourself – Criticism breaks down the inner spirit. Praise builds it up. Praise yourself as much as you can. Tell yourself how well you are doing with every little thing.

Support Yourself – Find ways to support yourself. Reach out to friends and allow them to help you. It is being strong to ask for help when you need it.

Be Loving To Your Negatives – Acknowledge that you created them to fulfill a need. Now, you are finding new, positive ways to fulfill those needs. So, lovingly release the old negative patterns.

Take Care Of Your Body – Learn about nutrition. What kind of fuel does your body need to have optimum energy and vitality? Learn about exercise. What kind of exercise can you enjoy? Cherish and revere the temple you live in.

Mirror Work – Look into your eyes often. Express this growing sense of love you have for yourself. Forgive yourself looking into the mirror. Talk to your parents looking into the mirror. Forgive them too. At least once a day say: “I love you, I really love you.”

Love Yourself .. Do It Now – Don’t wait until you get well, or lose the weight, or get the new job, or the new relationship. Begin now — and do the best you can.
